Abstract
Latvijas izglītības sistēmā problēmas rada pirmsskolu skolotāju trūkums un viņu profesionalitāte, tas ir kvalitatīvas izglītības apdraudējums nākotnē. Skolotāju trūkums rada pārslodzi strādājošajiem pedagogiem, tā pasliktinot iespējas iegūt kvalitatīvu izglītību. Pedagogu profesionālā sagatavotība ir svarīgs komponents, lai sekmīgi īstenotu izglītības programmas. Darba tēma - “Motivējošie apstākļi pirmsskolas pedagoga profesionālajai darbībai”. Darba mērķis. Izpētīt motivējošos apstākļus, kas motivē pirmsskolas pedagogus profesionalai darbībai. Pētījuma metodes. Teorētiskās: Zinātniskās literatūras analīze. Empīriskās: Datu ieguves metodes - anketēšana, kurā piedalījās 52 pirmsskolas skolotāji, kas tika organizēta ar mērķi izpētīt pirmsskolas pedagogu motivāciju profesionālai darbībai. Kā arī 3 individuālas intervijas, lai noskaidrotu dažādu pedagogu pieredzi un iegūtu padziļinātu viedokli par pētījuma objektu - motivējošiem apstākļiem pedagoga darbam. Datu apstrādes metode: Microsoft Office Excel programma. Zinātniskās literatūras analīzes rezultātā var secināt, ka organizācijas kultūras veids un vadības stili nozīmīgi ietekmē pedagogu motivāciju profesionalai darbībai. Cieņpilna komunikācija veido pamatu efektīvai, pilnvērtīgai un motivējošai sadarbībai. Pozitīva pašsajūta un apmierinātība labvēlīgi ietekmē pedagoga profesionālo darbību. Pedagoga darba prieku un motivāciju labi veikt savu darbu rosina ne tikai skaisti un ērti iekārtotas darba telpas, bet arī psiholoģiskā vide - vadības atbalsts un kolēģu cieņas pilna attieksme, radoša atmosfēra, sevis pilnveidošanas iespējas, drošības izjūta. Pētījuma rezultāti liecina, ka galvenie motivējošie faktori ir vadības cieņpilna attieksme pret darbiniekiem. Vadības spēja motivēt savus darbiniekus ir noteicoša pedagogu profesionālās darbības attīstībā. Pedagogiem svarīgi, lai viņi piedalītos lēmumu pieņemšanā, kas saistīti ar viņu darbu. Lai viņu viedokli ņem vērā un uzklausa. Pedagogiem svarīga atzinība par darbu un pedagogi jūtas nenovērtēti saņemot savu atalgojumu. Kvalifikācijas darba apjoms: 38 lpp., 7 attēli, 3 tabulas, 30 bibliogrāfiskā saraksta vienības, 10 pielikumi.
In the Latvian education system problems are caused by the lack of preschool teachers and their professionalism, which is a threat to quality education in the future. The lack of teachers creates an overload for the working teachers, thereby worsening the opportunity to obtain high-quality education. The professional preparedness of teachers is an important component for the successful implementation of educational programs. Theme of the job - “Motivating conditions for the professional activity of a preschool teacher”. Purpose of the Paper. To study the motivating conditions that motivate preschool teachers for professional activity. Research methods. Theoretical: Analysis of scientific literature. Empirical: Methods of data collection - a questionnaire with participation of 52 preschool teachers, which was organized with the aim of studying the motivation of *7 preschool teachers for professional activity. As well as 3 individual interviews to find out the experience of different teachers and to get an in-depth opinion on the object of the study - motivating conditions for the work of a teacher. Method of data processing: Microsoft Office Excel programme. As a result of the analysis of scientific literature, it can be concluded that the type of organizational culture and management styles significantly influence the motivation of teachers for professional activity. Respectful communication forms the basis for effective, valuable and motivating cooperation. A positive sense of well-being and satisfaction have a beneficial effect on the professional activity of a teacher. The joy of a teacher's work and the motivation to do the job well are stimulated not only by beautifully and comfortably furnished work space, but also by the psychological environment - support from the management and respectful attitude of colleagues, creative atmosphere, opportunities for self-improvement, and the feeling of safety. The results of the study show that the main motivating factors are respectful attitude of management towards employees. The ability of the management to motivate their employees is decisive in the development of the professional activity of teachers. It is important for teachers to participate in decision-making related to their work. Let their opinion be taken into account and heard. Appreciation for work is important for teachers, and teachers feel undervalued when receiving their salary.
