Abstract

Darbā "Izlīguma procesa ietekme uz cietušo, likumpārkāpēju un kopienu" ir rakstīts par izlīguma procesa būtību, ogranizēšanas iemesliem, procesa īpatnībām un tā sekam kriminālprocesā. Darba izstrādei tika analizētas vairākas grāmatas, periodika un likumi. Rezultātā izlīguma procesa gaita un sekas tika izpētitas un ir noteikti ietekmēšanas robežas un cietušo, likumprārkāpēju un kopienu. Tika akcentēti to nepilnveidojumi.

In the development of work author analyzed a number of books, periodicals and laws.
