Abstract
Studies of crystalline forms of pharmaceutically active ingredients was researched in bachelor`s thesis with a help of powder x-ray diffraction, differential thermal analysis, IR spectroscopy, XRF spectrometry and Karl – Fischer titration. The crystalline phase transitions of PASS sodium salt was made in different relative humidities and in different temperatures. The relative humidities for phase transition equilibrium between the anhydrous and dihydrate forms was found in 22°C, 30°C, 50°C and 70°C temperatures. Crystallic lattice parameters of ethacizine hydrochloride, PASS sodium salt dihydrate and PASS sodium salt anhydrous form was found and optimized.
