Abstract

Bakalaura darba tēma ir "Nieres transplantācijas pacientu aprūpe pēcoperācijas periodā’’. Tēmas aktualitāti nosaka nieru transplantācijas nozīmīgums, kas ir viena no trim nieru aizstājterapijas metodēm. Kad pacientam nieres vairs nedarbojas, ir iespējams pārstādīt jaunu nieri no cita cilvēka un pacients var dzīvot pilnvērtīgu dzīvi. Transplantācija ir viena no lielākajiem sasniegumiem mūsdienu medicīnā, kas var izglābt daudzu cilvēku dzīvību, ievērojami uzlabojot dzīves kvalitāti. Darba mērķis ir noskaidrot aprūpi nieres transplantācijas pacientiem vēlīnajā pēcoperācijas periodā nefroloģijas nodaļā. Pētniecības uzdevumi ir apkopot un analizēt literatūras avotus par nieres transplantācijas pacienta aprūpi pēcoperācijas periodā; analizēt V. Hendersones vajadzību teoriju; izstrādāt pētījuma instrumentu – interviju; apkopot un izanalizēt iegūtos datus; izdarīt secinājumus. Pētījuma jautājums - Kāda ir aprūpe nieres transplantācijas pacientiem vēlīnajā pēcoperācijas periodā? Bakalaura darbā tiek pielietota kvalitatīvā pētniecības metode. Pētniecības instruments ir strukturēta intervija. Pētījuma rezultātā tiek sasniegts mērķis un sniegta atbilde uz pētījuma jautājumu.

The theme of this bachelor thesis is "Care of kidney transplant patients in the postoperative period". This thesis is determined by the importance of kidney transplantation, which is one of the three methods of kidney replacement therapy. When a patient's kidneys stop working, it is possible to transplant a new kidney from another person and the patient can live a full life. Transplantation is one of the greatest achievements in modern medicine, which can save the lives of many people, significantly improving the quality of life. The aim of the work is to clarify the care of kidney transplant patients in the late postoperative period in the nephrology department. The qualitative research method is applied in the bachelor thesis. The research instrument is a structured interview. As a result of the research, the goal is achieved and the answer to the research question is provided.
