Abstract
Bakalaura darba tēma ir “Pacientu pieredze komunikācijā ar māsu ģimenes ārstu praksēs”. Tēmas aktualitāti nosaka efektīvas komunikācijas svarīgā loma kvalitatīvas primārās aprūpes sniegšanā un saņemšanā ģimenes ārstu praksēs. Darba mērķis - noskaidrot pacientu pieredzi komunikācijā ar māsu ģimenes ārstu praksēs. Pētniecības uzdevumi- veikt literatūras analīzi, analizēt Hildegardes Peplau māszinību teoriju, izstrādāt pētījuma instrumentu - anketas jautājumus, veikt aptauju, apkopot un analizēt iegūtos datus, formulēt secinājumus. Hipotēze - ģimenes ārstu prakses pacientiem pozitīvāka komunikācijas pieredze ar māsu ir tad, ja ar māsu ir pazīstami ilgāku laiku un tā apstiprinājās. Pētniecības instruments - anketa. Pētniecības metode - kvantitatīvā šķērsgriezuma metode. Pētījumā piedalījās 210 respondenti un rezultāti norāda uz augstu pacientu novērtējumu un apmierinātību ar komunikāciju. Galvenie faktori, kas ietekmē pieredzes novērtējumu - pacientu vecums, pacientu pieredzes ilgums ar māsu. Identificētās problēmas- nevienlīdzīga attieksme, atbilstošas vides nenodrošināšana privātām sarunām, un liela apjoma informācijas nodošanā, netiek sniegta uzskatāma vai rakstiska informācija. Darbs sastāv no 7 nodaļām un tajā ir 29 attēli, 6 pielikumi, 42 izmantotie avoti un literatūra (angļu un latviešu valodā).
The topic of the bachelor's thesis is "Patient Experience in Communication with a Nurse in Family Doctor's Practices". The relevance of the topic is determined by the important role of effective communication in the provision and receipt of quality primary care in family doctor's practices. The purpose of the work - to find out the experience of patients in communication with a nurse in family doctor's practices. Research tasks - to conduct a literature analysis, analyse Hildegarde Peplau's nursing theory, develop a research instrument - questionnaire questions, conduct a survey, summarize and analyse the obtained data, formulate conclusions. Hypothesis - patients in family doctor's practices have a more positive communication experience with a nurse if they have known the nurse for a longer time and this was confirmed. Research instrument - questionnaire. Research method - quantitative cross-sectional method. 210 respondents participated in the study and the results indicate a high patient assessment and satisfaction with communication. The main factors that influence the assessment of experience - patient age, patient experience with a nurse. The identified problems are unequal treatment, failure to provide an appropriate environment for private conversations, and the transfer of large amounts of information, without providing visual or written information. The work consists of 7 chapters and contains 29 images, 6 appendices, 42 sources and literature (in English and Latvian).
