Abstract

,,Psihosociālie riski un ar darbu saistītais stress tirdzniecībā nodarbinātajiem, pasākumi to mazināšanai”. Darba autore: Linda Drebote. Darba zinātniskā vadītāja: asociētā profesore Anda Prikšāne. Darbs izklāstīts uz 90.lpp., ietver 85 attēlus, 11tabulas, 57 informatīvos avotus. Pētījums sastāv no 4 daļām. Pirmajā daļā analizēta literatūra par tirdzniecības nozarē nodarbināto psiho sociālajiem riskiem un stresu darbā. Otrajā daļā aprakstītas pētījumā izmantotās metodes: psiholoģiskā klimata novērtēšanas tests, stresoru apzināšanas tests, depresijas tests, vardarbības risku noteikšanas tests, Maslačas emocionālās izdegšanas aptauja, novērošana, intervijas. Trešajā daļā: iegūto datu apkopošana un analīze. 4.daļā izstrādāti preventīvie, veselību veicinošie pasākumi.

In the first part of the study author analyses the literature about employees psycho-social risks and stress in field of trade. The second part describes the methods used in the study: psychological climate assesment test, test for identifying related stressors, depression test, test for determining the risk of violence, Maslach Burnout Inventory, observation and interviews. The third: collection and analysis of the obtained data. In fourt part, developed preventive and healt promotion measures.
