Pacienta drošība ķeizargrieziena operācijas operatīvajā periodā

Abstract

Bakalaura darba tēma: pacienta drošība ķeizargrieziena operācijas operatīvajā periodā. Tēmas aktualitāti pamato: ķeizargrieziena operāciju skaita pieaugums. Darba mērķis: noskaidrot pacienta drošību ķeizargrieziena operācijas operatīvajā periodā. Pētniecības uzdevumi: 1.apkopot un analizēt zinātnisko literatūru par pacientu drošību ķeizargrieziena operācijas operatīvajā periodā; 2.izstrādāt pētījumam novērojuma un intervijas protokolu; 3.veikt strukturētu novērošanu un intervēšanu, datu apkopošanu; 4.apkopot visus pētījumā iegūtos rezultātus; 5.izstrādāt secinājumus. Izvirzītais pētniecības jautājums: kāda ir pacienta drošība ķeizargrieziena operācijas operatīvajā periodā? Pētniecības metode: kvalitatīvā pētniecības metode. Pētniecības instrumenti: strukturēta intervija un novērojums. Pētniecības rezultāti: pacienta drošības principi pētījuma laikā ķeizargrieziena operācijās tika ievēroti augstā līmenī. Šajā pētījumā no 312 novērotajām darbībām, tika konstatētas tikai 5 kļūdas, kuras tika novērtētas, kā ar salīdzinoši zemu risku pacienta drošībai.

Aim of the work: to find out the patient's safety in the operative period of caesarean section. Research tasks: 1. to compile and analyze scientific literature on patient safety in the operative period of caesarean section; 2. to develop an observation and interview protocol for the research; 3. carry out structured observation and interviewing, data collection; 4. summarize all the results obtained in the study; 5. develop conclusions. Research question: what is the patient's safety during the operative period of caesarean section? Research method: qualitative research method. Research tools: structured interview and observation. Research results: the highest level of caesarean section was observed during the observation of patient safety principles. In this study, of the 312 activities observed, only 5 errors were indenefied, which were assessed as a relatively low risk to patient safety.
