AS "Swedbank" un "Citadele" banka finanšu pakalpojumu analīze

Abstract

Bakalaura darba tēma ir AS „Swedbank” un „Citadele” bankas finanšu pakalpojumu analīze. Darba autore izvēlējās salīdzināt trīs izvelētos finanšu pakalpojumus - kreditēšana, elektroniskie pakalpojumi un apdrošināšana. Darba mērķis: pamatojoties uz zinātnisko literatūru un pieejamo informāciju, salīdzināt trīs finanšu pakalpojumus bankā AS „Swedbank” un „Citadele”, izvērtēt šos pakalpojumus un sniegt priekšlikumus to pilnveidošanai. Bakalaura darbs sastāv no trīs nodaļām. Pirmajā nodaļā tiek pētīti AS „Swedbank” un „Citadele” bankas pakalpojumi un veikta analīze. Otrajā nodaļā tiek analizēta finanšu pakalpojumu kreditēšana, elektroniskie pakalpojumi un apdrošināšana. Trešajā nodaļā tiek analizēti AS „Swedbank” un „Citadele” inovatīvie pakalpojumi. Bakalaura darba apjoms ir 60 lapaspuses, 15 tabulas, 5 attēli, izmantoti 33 literatūras avoti.

This bachelor’s degree thesis is AS "Swedbank" and "Citadel" financial services analysis. The author chose to compare three financial services - lending, electronic services and insurance. The aim of the work: based on the scientific literature and available information, compare three financial services in Bank Swedbank and Citadele, to evaluate these services and make proposals for their improvement. The Bachelor degree thesis consists of three chapters. The first chapter deals with the services and analysis of Swedbank and Citadele Bank services. The second chapter analyzes financial services lending, electronic services and insurance. The third chapter analyzes the innovative services of Swedbank and Citadele. Bachelor diploma contains 60 pages, 15 diagrams, 5 pictures and 59 literature sources.
