Fantastikas literatūras izdošana Latvijā no 1991. līdz 2008.gadam

Abstract

Pētījuma problēma ir nepietiekama un neapkopota informācija par izdoto fantastikas literatūru. Šīs literatūras izdošana Latvijā ir izpētīta maz, kā arī nav pētīta specializēto apgāda „Hekate” un „Снежный ком” lomu fantastikas/fantāzijas izdošanas jomā. Pētījuma mērķis ir izpētīt fantastikas literatūras izdošanas situāciju Latvijā un šī žanra izdevumu lasītāju intereses. Pētījuma galvenie rezultāti - ir apkopota informācija par Latvijā izdotajiem fantastikas žanra darbiem, izpētīta šīs literatūras izdošanas vēsture – latviski un krieviski tulkotā literatūra un latviešu un krievu oriģinālliteratūra - laika posmā no pirmsākumiem līdz 2008. gadam. Pavisam ir izdotas 328 grāmatas. Noskaidrots, kādas izdevniecības izdod fantastikas literatūru. Ir izpētīts apgāds „Hekate” un „Снежный ком”. Darbā tiek noteikts fantastikas lasītāju kontingents.

The research problem is insufficient and not summarized information of published fantasy and science fiction literature. The publishing of this literature isn’t enough studied in common with dedicated publishing houses whose role of publishing fantasy literature isn’t studied. The objective of research is to explore the situation of publishing fantasy and science fiction in Latvia and to study the readership of this genre of literature. The main results are: summarized information of published fantasy and science fiction works, studied history of publishing – Latvian and Russian original and translated fantasy literature from the beginning to 2008. It is clarified which publishing houses publishes science fiction and fantasy literature and studied specialized publishing house "Hekate" and "Снежный ком". The readership is defined.
