Abstract
Darbā skatīta plūdu klasifikācija, to veidošanās galvenie faktori, apkopoti materiāli par upju plūdiem pasaulē un Latvijā, kā arī dots vēsturisks palu un plūdu apskats. Skatīti pētījumi par klimata mainību, dabisko un antropogēno faktoru ietekmi uz maksimālajiem caurplūdumiem Latvijas upēs, kā arī sniegts upju baseinu fizioģeogrāfiskais, plūdu un uzplūdu raksturojums.
Darbā analizēti Daugavas, Gaujas, Lielupes, Salacas un Ventas pavasara palu un vasaras-rudens lietus uzplūdu maksimālie caurplūdumi, kā arī novērtēta Gumbela pārsniegšanas varbūtība (p=1%, p=2%, p=3%, p=5%, p=10%) sešās hidroloģiskajās novērošanas stacijās: Jēkabpils (1907-2008), Daugavpils (1881-2008), Siguldas (1940-2008), Mežotnes (1921-2008), Lagastes (1926-2008) un Kuldīgas (1948-2008). Sniegta arī Latvijas upju plūdu režīma salīdzinošā analīze.
This paper describes flood classification, the main factors of flood formation, compiles materials of the river floods in the world and Latvia, and gives historical overview of floods. Paper describes studies of climate changes, influence of natural and anthropogenic factors to the maximal discharge in Latvian rivers, as well as physiogeograpical, flood and flash flood characteristics of river basins. Paper analyzes maximal discharge of spring floods and summer-autumn rain flash floods in Daugava, Gauja, Lielupe, Salaca, and Venta river, as well as estimates Gumbel probability of exceedance (p = 1%, p = 2%, p = 3%, p = 5%, p = 10%) in six hydrological observation stations: Jekabpils (1907-2008), Daugavpils (1881-2008), Sigulda (1940-2008), Mezotne (1921-2008), Lagaste (1926-2008), and Kuldiga (1948-2008). Also flood regime comparative analysis of Latvian river has been described.
