Abstract
Bakalaura darba tēma - „Vispārējās aprūpes māsas līdzestība vispārējās izglītības iestādes skolēnu veselībpratībā”. Darba mērķis ir izzināt vispārējās aprūpes māsas līdzestību vispārējās izglītības iestādes skolēnu veselībpratības veicināšanā. Pētījuma aktualitāti nosaka sabiedrībā jau vairākus gadus esošā diskusija par skolēnu veselībpratības izpratni. Speciālistu norādījumi, ka izpratnes līmenis ir nepietiekams. Pētījuma centra SKDS veiktajā pētījumā 2022. gadā vairākums aptaujāto jauniešu atzina, ka izglītošana par seksuālo un reproduktīvo veselību, bijusi novēlota. Kopumā jaunieši norādīja, ka skolā vēlētos uzzināt vairāk un plašāk par veselības izglītības tēmām. (6) Lai sasniegtu pētījuma mērķi, tika izmantota kvantitatīvā šķērsgriezuma pētniecības metode. Darba ietvaros tika analizēts 61 literatūras avots. Pētniecības instruments ir strukturēta anonīma aptaujas anketa. Pētījumā piedalījās 240 respondentu. Dalībnieki tika izvēlēti pēc kvotas metodes – aptaujas anketas tika sniegtas noteiktām respondentu grupām. Pētāmās grupas: 6. – 9. klašu skolēni, 10. – 12. klašu skolēni, skolotāji un skolas atbalsta personas, ārstniecības personas (māsas, ārstu palīgi, vecmātes). Atbilstoši pētāmajai grupai, tika izstrādāta pētījuma anketa ar jautājumiem, kuros respondenti vērtē skolēnu veselībpratības izpratni, izsaka viedokli par māsas līdzestību veselībpratības veicināšanā skolā un pauž viedokli par veselības izglītības tēmām, par kurā papildus jāizglīto skolēni. Pētniecības uzdevumi: 1.Veikt literatūras analīzi par veselībpratību, veselības izglītību, māsas līdzestību. 2.Izstrādāt pētījuma anketas. 3.Veikt Nolas Pender māszinību teorijas analīzi. 4.Veikt pētījumu par “vispārējās aprūpes māsas līdzestību vispārējās izglītības iestādes skolēnu veselībpratībā”. 5.Apkopot un analizēt pētījumā iegūtos datus. 6.Formulēt secinājumus. Izvirzītā hipotēze vispārējās aprūpes māsas līdzestība un iesaiste skolēnu veselibas izglītības procesos pozitīvi ietekmē skolēnu veselībpratības zināšanas un paradumus apstiprinājās. Bachelor's thesis topic - "The participation of a general care nurse in the health literacy of students in a general education institution". The aim of the work is to investigate the participation of general care nurses in promoting health literacy of students of general education institutions. The relevance of the study is determined by the discussion that has been going on in society for several years about the understanding of health literacy of students. Specialists indicate that the level of understanding is insufficient. In a study conducted by the SKDS research center in 2022, the majority of young people surveyed admitted that education about sexual and reproductive health had been delayed. In general, young people indicated that they would like to learn more and more widely about health education topics at school. (6) To achieve the goal of the study, a quantitative cross-sectional research method was used. 61 literature sources were analyzed within the framework of the work. The research instrument is a structured anonymous questionnaire. 240 respondents participated in the study. Participants were selected according to the quota method - questionnaires were provided to certain groups of respondents. Research groups: 6th – 9th grade students, 10th – 12th grade students, teachers and school support personnel, medical personnel (nurses, physician assistants, midwives). In accordance with the research group, a research questionnaire was developed with questions in which respondents assess students' understanding of health literacy, express their opinion on the participation of nurses in promoting health literacy at school and express their opinion on health education topics on which students should be additionally educated. Research tasks: 1. Conduct a literature analysis on health literacy, health education, and nursing participation. 2. Develop research questionnaires. 3. Conduct an analysis of Nola Pender's nursing theory. 4. Conduct a study on "general care nursing participation in the health literacy of students in general education institutions". 5. Summarize and analyze the data obtained in the study. 6. Formulate conclusions. The hypothesis that the participation and involvement of general care nurses in student health education processes positively affects students' health literacy knowledge and habits was confirmed.
