Abstract
Šajā darbā aplūkoti metonīmiski nozīmes pārnesumi Imanta Ziedoņa daiļradē.
Četrās nodaļās apskatīti jautājumi par metonīmijas vietu valodā un īpaši mākslinieciskā tekstā. Sniegts vispārīgs metonīmijas raksturojums, aplūkotas metaforas un metonīmijas savstarpējās attieksmes.
Šajā darbā metonīmijas klasificētas pēc nozīmes pārnesumu tipiem. Pētītas Imanta Ziedoņa tekstos atrastās metonīmijas, kā arī mēģināts tās klasificēt pēc nozīmes pārnesumu tipiem. Skaidroti dažādie sakari starp reālijām mākslinieciskā tekstā atrastajām metonīmijām, kā arī salīdzinātas dzejnieka radītās ar sarunvalodā ierastajām metonīmijām.

In this paper transfer of metonymical meaning in creative work of Imants Ziedonis are being examined. In four chapters a survey of the place of metonymy in language’s system, especially in poetical text, is given. General characterization of metonymy, as well as relationships with methaphors are oppered. In the paper metonymies are classified acording to the types of transfer of meanings. Metonymies that have been found in works of Imants Ziendonis were reserched as well as clasified by types of transfer of meaning. Author explains various relations between objects in metonymies founded in poet’s creative work. As well as there are comparison between metonymies used in poetical text and metonymies in colloquial speech. In the end of bachelor’s research paper the main conclusions are summarized. Key words: metonymy, metaphor, synecdoche, semantics, trope, reduction.
