Abstract

3,4-Dihidro-1,1-diokso-2H-benzo[e][1,2]tiazīnu sintēze. Paass E., zinātniskie vadītāji M. Sc. Bluķe Z., Dr.chem. Kauss V. Bakalaura darbs, 36 lappuses, 29 attēli, 5 tabulas, 25 literatūras avoti. Pēc literatūrā aprakstītas metodes no saharīna sintezēts 4-hidroksi-1,1-diokso-2H-benzo[e][1,2]tiazīn-3-karbonskābes metilesteris un izpētīta tā C(3)-C(4) dubultsaites reducēšana, izmantojot nātrija borhidrīdu un Pd-katalizētu hidrogenēšanu.

In Latvian. 1,1-DIOXO-2H-BENZO[e][1,2]THIAZINE, METHYL 1,1-DIOXO-3,4-DIHYDRO-2H-BENZO[e][1,2]THIAZINE-3-CARBOXYLATE, REDUCTION, HYDROGENATION, SACCHARIN Syntheses of 1,1-dioxo-2H-benzo[e][1,2]thiazines and 3,4-dihydro-1,1-dioxo-2H-benzo[e][1,2]thiazines are summarized in thesis. Methyl 4-hydroxy-2H-benzo[e][1,2]thiazine-3-carboxylate was synthesized from saccharine, according to the method described in literature, and the reduction of it`s C(3)-C(4) double bond was studied using sodium borohydride and Pd-catalysed hydrogenation.
