Abstract

Maģistra darba „Skolotāju saskarsmes kompetences saistība ar viņu apmierinātību ar darbu” mērķis ir izpētīt skolotāju saskarsmes kompetenču līmeņa saistību ar viņu apmierinātību ar darbu. Darbs sastāv no 3 daļām: 1. nodaļa – pedagoģiskās saskarsmes teorētiskā analīze, kura satur informāciju par pedagoģiskās saskarsmes būtību, skolotāja personību pedagoģiskajā saskarsmē, skolotāja pedagoģisko stilu un skolotāju apmierinātību ar darbu. 2. nodaļa – skolotāju saskarsmes kompetenču saistība ar viņu apmierinātību ar darbu, ietver informāciju par empīriskā pētījuma programmu un skolotāju ar dažādiem pedagoģiskajiem stiliem saskarsmes kompetenču saistības ar viņu apmierinātību ar darbu pētījuma rezultātiem. 3.nodaļa – secinājumi. Darbs satur pielikumus: pētījuma aptauju un rezultātus apspoguļojošas diagrammas.

Master thesis "Relation Between the Level of Teachers' Communication Competencies and Their Job Satisfaction” aims to explore the interaction of teachers competence in relation to their job satisfaction. The paper consists of 3 parts: Chapter 1. is on theoretical analysis of teachers’ interaction, which contains information about the nature of teacher interaction, teacher's personality in pedagogical interaction, the teachers’ teaching style and job satisfaction. Chapter 2 - teacher communication competence in relation to their job satisfaction, include information on the empirical research programm and survey results on teachers with a variety of teaching styles, communication competence in relation to their job satisfaction. Chapter 3 - Discussion and conclusions. The work contains an annex: representing survey and study results charts.
