Anotācija

Šī darba tēmas izvēli noteica tas, ka uz šo brīdi daudzas lielas loģistikas kompānijas, kurām ir savs transports, nevar, stingri balsoties uz teoriju, izdarīt secinājumu, kuru no kompānijas darbības sfērām tām vajadzētu attīstīt, un kas būtu ekonomiski izdevīgāk – paplašināt savu autoparku vai palielināt ekspeditoru skaitu ekspedīcijas nodaļas sastāvā. Bakalaura darba pirmajā nodaļā definēts „Loģistikas” jēdziens un nozīme. Tāpat tiek aprakstīti procesi, kas nepieciešami pārvadājumu realizēšanai un to rentabilitātes aprēķinam, tiek aprakstīti loģistikas veidi, konkrētāk – transporta loģistika. Otrajā nodaļā tiek aprakstīti kompānijas, kas tika ņemta kā dotās problēmas aplūkošanas piemērs, darba procesi. Tiek aprakstīta kompānijas struktūra, pienākumu sadalījums un nodaļu rentabilitātes aprēķināšanas paņēmieni. Šī darba noslēgumā autors, balstoties uz veikto pētījumu un analīzi, izdala sistēmas, uz kuras bāzes šīs kompānijas vadība cenšas atbildēt uz izvirzīto jautājumu, problēmas un trūkumus, kā arī piedāvā savu risinājumu šim jautājumam.

THE SUMMARY

The choise of this theme was justified by a problem in many logistic companies, who owns trucks, can not recieve a clear answer on the question which department to develop transport or forwarding agents department, and what will be economiclly right. In the first chapter of this work is given a definition of „Logistics”, also are described processes necessary for realization of transportations and calculation of their profitability are described, kinds of Logistics, in particular Transport logistics. In the second chapter are described processes of work of the company which has been taken as an example for consideration of the given problem. The structure of the company, distribution of duties and ways of calculation of profitability of a department. In the conclusion of the given work, the author, on the basis of carried out research and the analysis, allocates problems and lacks of system on the basis of the given company, tries to answer to the question, and also offers the way of sole out given problem.
