Abstract
Bakalaura darba ietvaros iegūtas piecas farmaceitiski aktīvās vielas furazidīna polimorfās formas, kuras raksturotas ar pulvera rentgendifraktometrijas un termiskās analīzes metodēm. Darbā izmantotas vairākas polimorfo formu iegūšanas metodes: pārkristalizācija no dažādiem šķīdinātājiem, kristalizācija ar pH maiņu, solvātu desolvatācija un termiskā apstrāde. Pētīta iegūto polimorfo formu savstarpējā relatīvā stabilitāte, kā arī stabilitāte paaugstinātā temperatūrā un mitrumā.
Preparation of polymorphs of pharmaceutically active compound furazidin has been performed in the bachelor’s thesis. Thermal analysis and X-ray powder diffraction analysis have been used to describe crystalline forms of furazidin. Various methods have been emplyed to prepare furazidin polymorphs: crystallization from different solvents, crystallization with pH change, desolvation of solvates and thermal treatment. The relative stability of furazidin polymorphs as well as stability at high temperature and humidity was evaluated.
