| dc.description.abstract | Darbā tiek aprakstīts kas ir virtuālie asistenti un dialoga sistēmas, kādas ir to komponentes un kā tās saistās savā starpā. Tiek aprakstīta robotizēta procesu automatizācijas tehnoloģija (RPA). Darba ietvaros ir izveidota unikāla “Dialogflow” dialoga sistēmas sasaiste ar RPA rīku “Blue Prism”, nodemonstrējot atvaļinājuma pieteikšanas procesa automatizāciju. Tehnoloģiju sasaistei papildus tika izmantots “Apigee Edge” starpniekserveris. | |
| dc.description.abstract | The paper describes what virtual assistants and dialogue systems are, what their components are and how they relate to each other. The paper also describes what robotic process automation (RPA) technology is. Within the work, a unique integration between “Dialogflow” dialogue system and RPA tool “Blue Prism” has been created, demonstrating automation of a vacation application process. In addition, “Apigee Edge” proxy server was used to link these two technologies together. | |
