Pašvaldības iekšējo attaisnojuma dokumentu aprites uzlabojumi

Abstract

Bakalaura darba mērķis ir veikt izpēti, analīzi un rast optimālo risinājumu pašvaldību iekšējo attaisnojuma dokumentu apritei. Pašlaik iekšējo attaisnojuma dokumentu aprite neefektīvi tiek izmantota pašvaldībā, kuru var uzlabot. Bakalaura darbā tiek izpētīta esošā situācija attaisnojuma dokumentu aprites procesiem. Kā arī tiek apskatīti iespējamie elektronisko dokumentu ieviešanas veidi. Lai mazinātu administratīvo slogu, tiek ieviests izvēlētais elektroniskais risinājums attaisnojuma dokumentu apritei. Darba rezultātā tiek novērtēts ieguvums no izstrādātās metodes.The aim of the bachelor's thesis is to conduct research, analysis and find the optimal solution for the circulation of internal justification documents of local governments. Currently, the circulation of internal justification documents is inefficiently used in the municipality, which can be improved. The current situation of the circulation of justification documents is investigated in the bachelor's thesis. Possible ways of implementing electronic documents are also considered. In order to reduce the administrative burden, the chosen electronic solution for the circulation of justification documents is being introduced. As a result of the work, the benefit of the developed method is evaluated.
