Skolēnu savstarpējās attiecības kā viens no drošības faktoriem skolā

Abstract

Mācoties skolā katrs skolēns atrodas savstarpējās attiecībās ar klases, skolas biedriem, ar skolas personālu. Labi, ja šīs attiecības veidojas uz savstarpējo sapratni, biedriskumu, bet ikdienā tā ne vienmēr notiek. Skolā bez labām savstarpējām attiecībām pastāv arī negatīva attieksme pret biedriem. Šo attieksmi sauc par mobingu jeb vardarbību. Ir vairāki vardarbības veidi, skolā izplatītākie ir fiziskā un psiholoģiskā vardarbība. To, ka sabiedrībā pastāv šī problēma, rāda gan pētījumi valsts mērogā, gan manis veiktie pētījumi trijās Cēsu rajona skolās- Stalbes vidusskolā, Straupes un Raiskuma pamatskolās. Šādas savstarpējās attiecības rada skolēnos nedrošības sajūtu, krītas skolēnu sekmības līmenis, zūd motivācija mācīties, nevēlēšanās apmeklēt skolu. Savā darbā vēlējos izpētīt, kādas vardarbības formas pastāv skolās un kas ietekmē šādas attiecības. Pētījumā izmantoju gan skolēnu, gan skolotāju anketēšanu par vardarbības esamību un formām skolā un Bassa- Darki testu vardarbības izraisošiem cēloņiem. Pētījumu rezultātā varēju secināt, ka gan Stalbes vidusskolas, Straupes un Raiskuma pamatskolas 5.-9. klasēs pastāv emocionālā vardarbība. Visās skolās galvenie dominējošie faktori ir vieni un tie paši, bet ar niansēm. Pēc sava darbu varu secināt, ka visās trijās skolās pastāv tādas pašas problēmas, kādas ir visās Latvijas skolās.

When learning in school, the pupil are in relations with class and school mates, and with teaching staff. It is good, if these relations are formed based on mutual understanding and companionship, but in every day lie it is not so. In school there are not only positive relations but there is also negative attitude to mates. This attitude is called mobing or bullying. There are several kinds of bullying, the most common kind in school are physical and psychological bullying. There is such problem in society, it shows research which is done in state and also in my research done in three Cesis region schools – Stalbe Secondary school, Straupe and Raiskums Elementary schools. Such relations make pupils to feel unsafe; decreases their level of progress, decreases their motivation to learn, they do not want to go to school. In my Diploma Paper I chose to examine what influences such relations. In my research I used questionnaires for pupils and teachers about existing bullying and its forms in schools and Basa-Darki test about causes of bullying. In the results of the research I can summarize that in grades 5 – 9 of Stalbe Secondary school, Straupe and Raiskums Elementary schools there is emotional bullying. In all schools the main factors are the same, but with nuances. I can summarize that in those three schools there are the same problems as in all other schools of Latvia.
