Abstract
Bakalaura darbs “Komandas darba ietekmējošie faktori paliatīvajā aprūpē X un Y slimnīcā” ir kvantitatīvs pētījums ar ērtuma atlases metodi, kurā izmantota nevarbūtīgā izlase, par pamatu ņemot vienu konkrētu pazīmi- respondents ir paliatīvās komandas ārstniecības speciālists X vai Y slimnīcā, un kā darba mērķis izvirzīts izpētīt komandas darba ietekmējošos faktorus paliatīvajā aprūpē X un Y slimnīcā. Darba izstrādes procesā kā pētījuma instruments izmantota autores izstrādāta anketa. Pētījuma datu analīze pierādīja, ka darbinieku trūkums, papildus darba noslodze komandas darbu paliatīvajā aprūpē X un Y slimnīcā ietekmē vairāk, nekā komunikācijas trūkums un konflikti komandā. Bachelors research paper “Factors influencing teamwork in palliative care at hospitals X and Y” is a quantitative research done by convenience selection method, where the base was a non-substantial sample based on one specific characteristic - the respondent is a palliative team practitioner at X or Y hospital. The research aims to explore the factors influencing teamwork in palliative care at X and Y hospital. A questionnaire developed by the author has been used as a research tool in the work development process. Analysis of data from the study showed that staff shortages and additional workloads affected the teamwork in palliative care at hospitals X and Y more than lack of communication and disputes within the team.
