Abstract

Darba mērķis ir novērtēt SIA "Orkla Latvija" korporatīvās sociālās atbildības (KSA) pasākumu īstenošanu, kā arī analizēt sabiedrības vērtējumu par uzņēmuma iniciatīvām un to nozīmi. Pētījumā tiek izmantotas kvantitatīvās un kvalitatīvās metodes, lai noskaidrotu, kā sabiedrība uztver uzņēmuma sociāli atbildīgo darbību un kā tās ietekmē uzņēmuma reputāciju. Darbs sniedz ieskatu par KSA nozīmi mūsdienu uzņēmējdarbībā un piedāvā rekomendācijas SIA "Orkla Latvija" turpmākai sociālās atbildības stratēģijas attīstībai.

The aim of the work is to assess the implementation of corporate social responsibility (CSR) measures by SIA "Orkla Latvija", as well as to analyze the public's assessment of the company's initiatives and their significance. The study uses quantitative and qualitative methods to determine how the public perceives the company's socially responsible activities and how they affect the company's reputation. The work provides insight into the importance of CSR in modern business and offers recommendations for the further development of SIA "Orkla Latvia's" social responsibility strategy.
