Abstract
Ipidakrīna hidrogēnhlorīda kristālisko formu pārejas. Eglīte Z., zinātniskais vadītājs Dr. ķīm., asoc. prof. Actiņš A. Maģistra darbs, 69 lappuses, 16 attēli, 17 tabulas, 39 literatūras avoti, 7 pielikumi. Latviešu valodā.
Maģistra darbā pētīta farmaceitiski aktīvā viela ipidakrīna hidrogēnhlorīda monohidrāts. Veikti eksperimenti, lai noteiktu vielas spēju veidot dažādas kristāliskās formas, mainoties ārējiem apstākļiem (temperatūrai un gaisa mitrumam). Ar termisko analīzi pētīts iegūto ipidakrīna hidrogēnhlorīda kristālisko formu kvantitatīvais ūdens saturs un savstarpējo pāreju kinētika, nosakot dažādus kinētiskos parametrus – ātruma konstantes, reakcijas ātruma modeli un aktivācijas enerģiju.
