SIA “CIRCLE K LATVIA” finansiālās darbības analīze un attīstības perspektīvas

Abstract

Uzņēmumu nepietiekama pievēršana maksātnespējas pazīmēm, var novest uzņēmumu līdz finansiālām grūtībām. Lai ieraudzītu šīs pazīmes laicīgi, ir nepieciešams veikt regulāru finanšu analīzi un aprēķināt finanšu rādītājus. Analīzes rādītāji palīdzēs pieņemt piemērotākus lēmumus, lai uzlabotu uzņēmējdarbību un tās rādītājus. Darba mērķis ir, izpētot, aprēķinot un analizējot finanšu analīzes rādītājus uzņēmumam SIA “Circle K Latvia”, noskaidrot tā finansiālo stāvokli, izpētīt iespējamos trūkumus un izstrādāt priekšlikumus, lai uzlabotu finanšu rādītājus uzņēmumam SIA “Circle K Latvia”. Pēc rezultātiem var secināt, ka SIA “Circle K Latvia” ir finansiāli stabils uzņēmums, tomēr pētījuma laikā tika saskatītas nepilnības, pie kurām uzņēmuma vadībai būtu nepieciešams pievērst lielāku uzmanību.

Inadequate attention to company insolvency signs can lead to financial difficulties for the company. In order to see these signs in time, it is necessary to regularly calculate financial indicators and to conduct financial analysis. Analysis indicators help to make better and more appropriate decisions to improve the business and thus it's indicators. The aim of the work is, by researching, calculating and analyzing the financtial analysis indicators of the company SIA "Circle K Latvia", to determine it's financial position, to find possible shortcomings and to develop proposals that would improve the financial indicators of the company SIA "Circle K Latvia". According to the results, it can be concluded that SIA "Circle K Latvia" is a financially stable company, however, during the research, shortcomings were found to which the management of the company should pay more close attention.
