Atomabsorbciometrisko metožu izveide dažu elementu noteikšanai augsnes paraugos. Svetlana Vorslova, darba vadītāji Dr. ķīm., prof. Arturs Vīksna, LVĢMA SAN vadītāja Diāna Bahareva. Bakalaura darbs.
Development of atomic absorption methods for the determination of some elements in the soil samples. Svetlana Vorslova, supervisors: Dr. Chem., prof. Arturs Vīksna, LVĢMA SAN [Latvian Environment, Geology, and Meteorology, Agency Spectral Analysis Department, LEGMA SAD] manager Diāna Bahareva. Bachelor’s paper. 48 pages, 26 figures, 9 tables, 24 literature sources, 17 appendices. In Latvian. HEAVY-METAL ELEMENTS, MINERALIZATION METHODS, SOIL MINERALIZATION, ATOMIC ABSORPTION SPECTROMETRY, SOIL ANALYSES. The paper compiles literature on soil, soil content and composition. Various sources of soil pollution with heavy metal elements are studied, along with their effect on the human organism. Several soil mineralization methods for identifying heavy-metal elements with the aid of atomic absorption spectrometry are described. Mineralization of soil samples has been performed in a microwave oven using aqua regia and 1M HNO3. Experimentally better mineralization conditions were found using 1M HNO3 as digestion agent.en_US
