Personāla vadīšana uzņēmumā SIA „X”

Abstract

Dotā bakalaura tēma ir „Personāla vadīšana uzņēmumā SIA „X””. Uzņēmuma darbības veids ir izklaides centrs ar boulingu, bāru un biljardu. Darba mērķis ir izanalizēt uzņēmuma personāla vadību un izpetīt personāla vadības pamatprocesus. Bakalaura darbs sastav no trijām nodaļām Pirmā darba daļa sniedz darba teorētisko pamatojumu, dod skaidrojumu darbā pētītiem faktoriem, kā arī sniedz nelielu ieskatu personāla vadīšanas tendencēs Latvijā, Eiropā un pasaulē. Otrā daļa sastāv no uzņēmuma SIA „X” raksturojuma, kur tiek apkatīti uzņēmuma darbības veidi, politika un uzņēmuma kultūra, kā arī organizatoriskā struktūra Darba trešā daļa satur gan teoriju, gan informāciju un analīzi par uzņēmuma Personāla vadīšanas procesiem, kuri ietekmē uzņēmuma ikdienas darbību. Šajā nodaļā tiek veikta personāla motivācijas analīze. Trešā darba daļā tiek arī veikta uzņemuma SWOT analīze, lai noteiktu uzņēmuma stiprās un vājās puses un izpētīt iespējas un draudus, ar kuriem uzņēmums sastopas vai var sastapties tuvākā nākotnē. Analīze palīdz izvērtēt faktorus, kas nodrošina uzņēmuma veiksmīgu attīstību un kuri var veicināt tā tālāko izaugsmi Bakalaura darba secinājumos un priekšlikumos ir apkopota galvenā informācija par uzņēmumu ietekmējošajiem faktoriem un priekšlikumiem uzņēmuma attīstībai, kā arī informacija par personālvadības problēmam Latvijā un to risināšanas iespējām. Bakalaura darba kopējais apjoms ir 59 lappuses, tas satur 12 attēli, ir imantoti 21 literatūras avoti.

The theme of the given bachelor is „Personel managment in Ltd „X”. The organization is oparating as an entartainmet center with bouling, bar and pool. The aim of this study is to analize the staff managment of this organization and to investigate it’s basic actions. The bachelor consists of four parts. The first part gives a theoretic argument and the explanation of the factors in this sudy, as well as, gives a little insight into managment tendencie in Latvia, Europe and the whole world. The second part gives a view on organizations profile, where are viewed organization activities, politic approach, culture and the organizational structure. The third part conists of the theory, information and analysis of organization management processes, that affect weekday operations of the organization. This part views the personel motivation analysis. The third part also gives a SWOT analysis of the company, that helps to define organizations strenghts and weeknesses, to study opportunities and threaths, that provide successful development of the company, that can promote further growth of the organization. In bachelor’s conclusion and suggestion part is summarized the main information about factors that influence the organization, there are given suggestions on how to develop the company. You can also find the information about staff menegment problems in Latvia and it’s solution opportunities. The totals size of the bachelor is 59 pages, it contains 12 images and puts to use 21 indications of sorce.
