Uzņēmuma AS "Rankas piens" finanšu darbības analīze un attīstības perspektīvas

Abstract

Maģistra darba nosaukums ir “Uzņēmuma AS „Rankas piens” finanšu darbības analīze un attīstības perspektīvas”. Darba gaitā teorētiskajā daļā apskatīti finanšu analīzes teorētiskie aspekti, dažādu specialistu viedokļi par finanšu analīzes būtību, finanšu koeficientu analīze, bankrota diagnostikas. Praktiskajā daļā autore veica uzņēmuma aprakstu un tā vietu Latvijas tirgū, kā arī noteica gada pārskatu analīzi par 2001., 2002., 2003., 2004. un 2005. gadiem, novērtējot uzņēmuma finanšu stāvokļa izmaiņas analizējamo periodu laikā, un mēģinot noteikt to izmaiņu cēloņus, kā arī veica finanšu analīzi ar mērķi uzlabot un pilnveidod uzņēmuma finanšu darbību. Maģistra darbs sastāv no 3 daļām un 14 pielikumiem. Darbā ir izmantotas 37 tabulas, 35 attēli un 46 formulas.

The title of the diploma work is "The financial analysis and prospects of development of the enterprise joint stock company "Ranka dairy"". The theoretical aspects of financial analysis are surveyed in the theoretical part and it consists of financial coefficients, diagnostics of bankruptcy. In practical part the author carries out the analysis of annual reports of the years 2001., 2002.,2003., 2004. and 2005., evaluating the changes of financial position during the period of analysis and trying to determine the reasons of changes, as well as fulfills the financial analysis aimed to improve and upgrade the financial activities of the enterprise. The amount of the diploma consisting of 3 parts and 14 supplements. 37 tables, 35 pictures and 46 formulas are used in this work.
