Miesiskās patības ģenealoģija. Miesas eksistenciāli hermeneitiskie un ētiskie aspekti

Abstract

Promocijas darbā četrās daļās un piecpadsmit nodaļās apkopots pētījums miesiskās patības ģenealoģijā. Pētījuma teorētisko balstu veido divi līdz šim šķirti pētījumu virzieni – miesas fenomenoloģija (Bernhards Valdenfelzs, Gernots Bēme u.c.) un ķermeņa vēsturiskuma diskursīvā analīze (ko attīstījuši tādi autori kā Mišels Fuko, Filips Zarazins, Sanders Gilmans, Ričards Senets, Alēns Korbēns u.c.). Ģenealoģijas izstrādne ir abu pētījumu virzienu apvienojums, kontekstualizējot miesiskās būšanas fenomenoloģisko aspektu analīzi un ķermeņa vēsturiskuma ietvarā aplūkoto miesiskās patības eksistenciāli hermeneitisko aspektu analīzi. Ģenealoģijas ietvars ļauj pētījumā identificēt ķermeņa izpratnes ētiskos un sociālos aspektus mūsdienu Rietumu sabiedrībā un izvirzīt ķermeņa vēsturiskumā balstītu miesiskās patības ētikas koncepciju. In four parts and 15 chapters this dissertation reveals a research in the genealogy of the leibliche Selbst (lived-body self). The theoretical basis of the dissertation consists of two distinct research branches – the phenomenology of Leib (lived-body) by Bernhard Waldenfels and Gernot Böhme and the discourse analysis of the historical body developed by such authors as Michel Foucault, Philipp Sarasin, Sander L. Gilman, Richard Sennett, Alain Corbin, et.al. The project of genealogy is a combination of the two research branches, by contextualizing the analysis of the phenomenological aspects of the lived-body being (Leibsein) with the analysis of the existentially-hermeneutical aspects of the lived-body self (leibliche Selbst), in the framework of the historicity of the body. The framework of genealogy allows to identify the ethical and social aspects associated with the notion of body in the contemporary Western society, and to introduce and outline the concept of lived-body ethics, in the context of the historicity of body.
