Abstract
Projektu vadīšana šobrīd pasaulē kļuvusi par profesiju, un ar katru gadu pieaug interese par cilvēkfaktora nozīmi projektu vadīšanas gaitā. Personām, kuras vēlas ar to nodarboties, ir jāapstiprina savu kompetenci. Maģistra darbā aplūkota starptautiska projektu vadīšanas asociācijas sertifikācijas sistēma, projektu vadīšanas pamati un projektu vadītāju attieksmes kompetence. Tika izanalizēti Latvijas projektu vadītāju attieksmes kompetences elementi un to atbilstība sertifikācijās prasībām.
Project management has become a profession in contemporary world and the interest about the importance of human factor during project management process increases every year. Every person who would like to carry out a project should demonstrate necessary competence. In the Master Thesis, I reflect on certification system of the International Project Management Association, I discuss project management fundamental principles and projects’ manager’s behavioural competencies. I present my analysis on Latvian projects’ manager’s behavioural competence and its conformity to certification requirements.
