Abstract

Nodarbinātības veicināšanu pašreizējos ekonomiskajos apstākļos nodrošināt ir ļoti grūti, jo strauji pieaug bezdarba līmenis, un strauji samazinās brīvi darba vietu skaits. Parādās jaunas tendences – bnezdarbnieki ar vidējo un augstākoizglītību, kas daļā gadījumu ir nekvalitatīva, palielinās arī bezdarba līmenis mazāk kvalificētajiem. Pētījuma gaitā tika analizēti Nodarbinātības valsts aģentūras pakalpojumi un sniegti priekšlikumi par nepieciešamajiem uzlabojumiem. Maģistra darbs sastāv no trīs galvenajām nodaļām. Pirmajā maģistra darba nodaļā analizēti Nodarbinātības valst aģentūras sniegtie pakalpojumi bezdarbniekiem un darba meklētājiem, kā arī darba devējiem. Otrajā nodaļā aplūkoti un analizēti teorētiskie materiāli par pētījumu veikšanas metodēm.Trešajā nodaļā ir analizēta bezdarbnieku un darba meklētāju apmierinātība ar aģentūras pakalpojumiem veicot aptauju un sniedzot iegūto datu analīzi. Darba nobeigumā izstrādāti secinājumi un sniegti priekšikumi.Employment in the current economic circumstances are very difficult to ensure, as rapidly rising unemployment and a rapidly decreasing number of vacancies.
