| dc.description.abstract | Naftas cenu izmaiņas ir saistītas ar galvenajiem notikumiem pasaules ekonomikā, un bieži tiek uztvertas kā impulss inflācijai un recesijai. Augstākas naftas cenas veicina augsto bezdarba līmeni un palielina budžeta deficīta problēmas daudzās ESAO un citās naftas importētājvalstīs. Šā darba mērķis ir augsto naftas cenu ekonomiskā efekta noskaidrošana. Lai sasniegtu šo mērķi, bija izvirzīti sekojošie uzdevumi: •Noteikt faktorus, kas tieši vai netieši ietekmē naftas cenu veidošanās •Izanalizēt naftas cenu dinamiku 1970.-2010. gados •Aplūkot naftas cenu veidošanas mehanismu •Izpētīt pasaules naftas tirgus struktūru un darījumu veidus tajā •Salīdzināt zinātnieku prognozes naftas cenu izmaiņām Iegūtie rezultāti ir apkopoti secinājumu nodaļā. | dc.description.abstract | Changes in oil prices have been associated with major developments in the world economy, and are often seen as a trigger for inflation and recession. Higher oil prices are contributing to high levels of unemployment and increase budget-deficit problems in many OECD and other oil-importing countries. The goal of this paper is to find out the economical effect of high oil prices. In order to achieve this goal, the following tasks were set: •Identify the factors that directly or indirectly affect oil price formation •Analyze the dynamics of oil prices in a period of 1970-2010 •Determine the oil price formation mechanism •Examine the global oil market and transaction types in it •Compare the scientific predictions of oil price change The obtained results are summarized in the conclusion section.
