Abstract
Darbā tika izstrādātas jaunas N-karbamoilmetil-4R-fenil-2-oksopirolidīna iegūšanas metodes, alkilējot (R)-fenil-4-aminosviestskābes n-butilesteri un ciklizējot ieguto starproduktu. N-Acetil-2-oksopirolidīna C3, C4 un C5 aizvietoto atvasinājumu bromēšanas reakcijas izpētes rezultātā tika izolēti un noraksturoti līdz šim neaprakstīti attiecīgie 1-acetil-4-fenil-3-pirolīn-2-oni, kā arī to 5-brom un 5,5-dibromatvasinājumi.
Developement of new methods of N-carbamoylmethyl-4R-phenyl-2-oxopyrrolidine preparation by the alkylation of 3R-phenyl-4-aminobutyric acid n-butyl ester and by the cyclization of intermediate. The subjection of N-acetyl-2-oxopyrrolidine C3, C4 and C5 substituted derivatives to bromation and investigation of reaction products products resulted in the discovery of still unknown 1-acetyl-4-phenyl-3-pyrrolyn-2-ones the same as their 5-brom or 5,5-dibrom derivatives.
