Abstract
Bakalaura darba tēma: adopcijas process Latvijā, darba autors: Arta Bērziņa.
Bakalaura darbā sniegts adopcijas vēsturiskās izcelsmes apraksts, tiesiskā regulējuma aspekti, adopcijas kārtība, saskatot tajā nepilnības un sniedzot priekšlikumus to novēršanai.
Bakalaura darba mērķi:
1.apskatīt adopcijas vēsturisko izcelsmi
2.analizēt tiesiskā regulējuma aspektus
3.apskatīt adopcijas kārtību
4.saskatīt nepilnības adopcijas regulējumā un izvirzīt priekšlikumus to novēršanai
Bakalaura darbā secināts, ka adopcija ir pamatoti, adekvāti sarežģīts process, kurā primārā loma ir bērna interesēm. Lai tās pilnvērtīgāk aizsargātu, civillikumā būtu jāgroza daži adopciju regulējošie panti.
Darbs sastāv no trīs nodaļām, satur 41 lapu un vienu pielikumu.
