Abstract
Bakalaura darbā “Demokrātiskās institūcijas Krievijā: vēsturiskie un politiskie aspekti (1999-2008.)” autors cenšas izpētīt postpadomju telpas jaunākās vēstures aspektus, proti, varas resursu transformācijas procesus uz Krievijas Federācijas piemēra. Vairāki vadošie speciālisti socioloģijas un politoloģijas jomā iezīmē pakāpeniskas pārejas procesus no autoritārā varas modeļa uz totalitāro minētajā valstī. Pamatojoties uz pieejamo dokumentālo bāzi, kā arī uz historiogrāfiju, elektronisko periodiku un politisko literatūru, tika paveikts darbs, lai atklātu būtiskas izmaiņas vispārpieņemtajos demokrātiskajos mehānismos, proti, velēšanas tiesībās un preses brīvībā. Tika izskatīta to ietekme uz politisko un sociālo ainavu Krievijas Federācijas teritorijā laikā no 1999. līdz 2008. gadam.
In the bachelor's thesis "Democratic institutions in Russia: historical and political aspects (1999-2008)", the author tries to research the aspects of the recent history of the post-Soviet space, namely the processes of transformation of power resources on the example of the Russian Federation. Several leading specialists in the field of sociology and political science outline the processes of gradual transition from the authoritarian power model to the totalitarian one in the mentioned country. Based on the available documentary base, as well as on historiography, electronic periodicals and political literature, work was done to reveal significant changes in the accepted democratic mechanisms, namely in this bachelor’s thesis - voting rights and freedom of the press. Their impact on the political and social landscape in the territory of the Russian Federation between 1999 and 2008 was researched
