Abstract
Maģistra darbā skatītas un analizētas vēstures mācību priekšmeta skolotājiem adresētās izglītības ministru - L.Adamoviča un A.Tenteļa runas, kā arī – autoritārā režīma laikā izdotie likumi, kas reformēja izglītības sistēmu Latvijā un nodrošināja Latvijas vēstures pētniecību Latvijas vēstures institūta ietvaros un latviešu vēsturnieku darba rezultātu reprezentāciju Pirmajā Baltijas valstu vēsturnieku konferencē 1937.gadā Rīgā. Darbā skatīta Vēstures skolotāju biedrības iniciatīva un centieni sadarboties ar Izglītības ministriju Latvijas vēstures pētīšanas, mācīšanas un popularizēšanas jautājumos.
The title of this Master’s thesis is “Formation of History Policy in Latvia under the Authoritarian Regime 1934-1940”. This paper is a presentation and analysis of speeches by Ministers of Education L.Adamovics and A.Tentelis to history teachers, as well as laws passed under authoritarian regime, that reformed the educational system in Latvia and provided research of History of Latvia within the Institute of Latvian History and ensured representation of Latvian historian research and findings in the First Historian Congress of Baltic Historians in 1937, Riga.
