Abstract
Bakalaura darba tēma “Nelaimes gadījumi darba vietā un ar to saistītās izmaksas”. Bakalaura darbs ir izstrādāts uz 65 lpp., tas ietver 17 attēlus, 15 tabulas. Darba autors darbā izvirzīja mērķi noskaidrot, kas ir nelaimes gadījums darbā, kāpēc tādi notiek, kādas izmaksas rodas pusēm, notiekot nelaimes gadījumam darbā un kam jāpievērš pastiprināta uzmanība, lai kontrolētu situāciju. Darba izstrādes procesā, tika iegūts priekštats, par to, kas ir nelaimes gadījumi, kāpēc notiek nelaimes gadījumi darbā, to cēloņi, kādas izmaksas rodas iesaistītajām pusēm. Izpētīta vispārējā Latvijas nelaimes gadījumu un saistīto izmaksu statistika, kā arī detalizēti apskatīts viens salīdzinoši liels darba devējs. Veikta analīze par esošo darba aizsardzības sistēmu, nelaimes gadījumu apstākļiem, cēloņiem, saistītām izmaksām. Darba izstrādes rezultātā autors guva apstiprinājumu, ka pat minimālie ieguldījumi pareizi izvēlētajos preventīvajos pasākumos samazina vai novērš nelaimes gadījumu skaitu un attiecīgi darba devēja zaudējumus.
Thesis’ topic "Accidents at work and related costs". The Thesis is designed on 65 pages, it includes 17 figures and 15 tables. The author of the Thesis set the goal to find out what accidents at work are, why do they occur, what losses occur for the parties as the result of an accident at work. What needs a special attention to control the situation? During the development of Thesis, an idea was gained about what accidents are, why accidents at work occur and what costs are incurred by the parties. The research of general statistics of accidents at work and related costs in Latvia, as well as review of one relatively large employer in details have been done. An analysis of the existing labor protection system, accident conditions, causes, related costs has been performed. As a result of the elaboration of the Thesis, the author obtained confirmation that even the minimal investment in correctly chosen preventive measures reduces or prevents the number of accidents and, consequently, the losses of the employer.
