Abstract

2012.gada 13.decembrī pieņemtie Krimināllikuma grozījumi, kas stājās spēkā 2013.gada 1.aprīlī, ietekmēja arī noziedzīgu nodarījumu kopību, padarot to par neatņemamu noziedzīgu nodarījumu kvalifikācijā. Tika rediģēts noziedzīgu nodarījumu kopības definīcijas raksturojums, un noziedzīgu nodarījumu daudzējādības institūts, kas maina noziedzīgu nodarījumu kvalifikācijas principus. Šo pārmaiņu efektivitāti var novērot tiesu praksē, kā arī salīdzināt ar citu valstu esošo regulējumu. Atslēgvārdi: daudzējādības institūts, noziedzīgu nodarījumu kopība, soda noteikšana.

Essential amendments in the Criminal Law, which accepted on December 13, 2012, came into force on April 1, 2013, that influenced, among the other things, the aggregation of criminal offences, by making it an integral criminal offence qualification. The characteristics of definition regarding the aggregation of criminal offence as well as multiplicity institution of criminal offences were edited and it changed the qualification principles of criminal offence. The efficiency of these amendments may be seen in judicial practice, as well as may be compared with the current regulations among the other countries.
