Latvijas seismotektoniskie apstākļi un seismiskā bīstamība

Abstract

ANOTACIJA Latvijas teritorijai ir izdalitas 17 seismogenas zonas, ir noteikti to statuss un parametri. Seismiskuma geologisko un geofizikalo priekšnosacijumu analize norada uz Zemes garozas mobilu nogabalu aktivizacijas iespejam Latvijas ziemelaustrumos. Ir izpetiti Zemes garozas izostatiska stavokla un dalamibas parametri, Zemes garozas neotektonikas un musdienu kustibas. Petijums piedava Zemes garozas attistibas modeli izostatiska lidzsvara deformaciju iecirkniem. Maksimalo iespejamo zemestricu magnitudas ir novertetas valsts sauszemes teritorijai, piekrastei un Baltijas juras akvatorijai. Ir ieguts magnitudas lielumu sadalijums atkariba no zemestricu atkartošanas biežuma, ka ari noverteti nogulumiežu segas seismiskie parametri attieciba pret specigo zemestricu ietekmi Baltija. Latvijas teritorijas seismiskas rajonešanas rezultatiem ir ieverojama lietiška nozime. Seismiskas rajonešanas karte ir ieklauta Latvijas buvnormativos un veiktie petijumi lauj precizak un pamatotak noteikt teritorijas drošai buvniecibai.

ANNOTATION On the Latvian territory are selected 17 seismogenic areas, their status and parameters is defined. The analysis of geological and geophysical pre-conditions of seismicity specifies on possibility of activation of the Earth's crust mobile areas. The parameters of the isostatic condition and divisibility of the Earth's crust, neotectonic and modern motions were studied. The model of development of the Earth's crust is offered on the areas of violation of isostatic equilibrium. Magnitudes of maximally possible earthquakes are appraised for an inside, offshore areas and aquatorium of the Baltic. The magnitude-frequency distributing is got. The features of sedimentary cover are appraised from point of seismic influences from the strong earthquakes of Baltic. The results of the seismic zoning of Latvia have the substantial applied value. The map of the seismic zoning is included in building codes of Latvia, that allows to define safe territories for building.
