Abstract

Darba nosaukums: jaunas atpūtas vietas izveide Preiļu novadā. Darba mērķis: veicināt tūrisma attīstību Preiļu novadā. Tūrisma nozare ir ļoti nozīmīga Latvijas tautsaimniecībai, tomēr Preiļu novadā netiek izmantots tūrisma iespēju potenciāls, tāpēc darba autore piedāvā paplašināt atpūtas vietu piedāvājumu. Darba ievadā tiek veikta Preiļu novada sociāli ekonomiskā stāvokļa analīze, apskatīti novada pašvaldības ilgtermiņa attīstības dokumenti, kā arī novadā esošās tūrisma iespējas, lai noskaidrotu novadā pieejamos resursus un iespējas, kā arī apkopoti iedzīvotāju aptaujā iegūtie rezultāti, lai izvērtētu iedzīvotāju ceļošanas paradumus un uzzinātu parametrus, kurus iedzīvotāji ņem vērā, izvēloties nakstmītnes. Pirmās maģistra darba nodaļas noslēgumā tiek izvirzīta konkrēti risināmā problēma. Projekta priekšlikumā tiek izvirzītas trīs alternatīvas problēmas risināšanai projekta veidā. Tiek veikts alternatīvu izvērtējums, kā rezultātā tiek izvēlētas divas piemērotākās, kuras tiek padziļināti izplānotas – uzdevumi, termiņi, izmaksas un finanšu rādītāji, kā arī veikta risku un stratēģiskās nozīmes analīze. Pēc iegūto datu salīdzināšanas izvēlēta atbilstošākā alternatīva - divstāvu atpūtas māja ar stikla sienu un pirti, kubulu. Projekta rokasgrāmata ietver projekta starta, plānošanas, kontrolinga un noslēguma norises analīzi. Maģistra darba nobeigumā ir apkopoti secinājumi un izvirzīti priekšlikumi. Title of work: A new recreational places developments in the Preili municipality. Objective of work: to promote tourism growth in Preili municipality. The tourism sector is very important for the Latvian economy, but the tourism potential is not fully used in the Preili region, so the author proposes to expand the supply of holiday sites. In the introduction of the work, an analysis of the socio-economic situation of Preili municipality is carried out, the long-term development documents of the municipality are examined, as well as the existing tourism opportunities are carried out in order to ascertain the resources and possibilities available in the municipality, as well as the results obtained in the survey of the Preili population are collected in order to evaluate the travel habits of the population and to find out the parameters that the residents take into account when choosing the accommodation. At the end of the first chapter of the master's thesis, a specific problem to be solved is raised. The project proposal puts forward three alternatives to addressing the problem in the form of a project. An evaluation of alternatives is being carried out, leading to the selection of the two most appropriate ones, which are in depth planning — tasks, deadlines, costs, and financial indicators, as well as an analysis of the risks and strategic importance. After comparison of the data obtained, the appropriate alternative is selected - a two-story recreation house with a glass wall and a bath, a tub. The project manual includes an analysis of the design, planning, control, and final progress of the project. The conclusion of the Master's thesis summarizes the conclusions and proposals.
