Abstract
Darbā aprakstītas imidazolija cviterjonu sintēzes, kā arī hromatogrāfiskās analīzes metodes. Darbā apkopota literatūra par tandēmmasspektrometrijas darbības principiem, kā arī par cviterjonu šķidrumu masspektrometrisko analīzi. Darbā veikta imidazolija rindas cviterjonu šķidrumu masspektrometriska identifikācija, izmantojot jonizāciju ar elektroizsmidzināšanu. Izmantojot sadursmju inducēto disociāciju, noteikta iespējamā pētīto cviterjonu fragmentācija pozitīvo un negatīvo jonu skanēšanās režīmos.
The theoretical part of this thesis contains a literature review on synthesis of the imidazolium zwitterionic liquids, including general principles of high performance liquid chromatography on cleaning the zwitterions. The theoretical part also contains the information on masspectrometric analysis of zwitterionic liquids. Identification of some zwitterionic liquids with different substituents by the electrospray masspectrometry has been performed. By means of collision-induced dissociation, fragmentation regularities of the zwitterionic liquids have been proposed in positive and negative ionization mode.
