Abstract

Diplomdarba tēma – „Uzņēmuma informācijas sistēmu modernizācijas projekts”. Veicot uzņēmuma informācijas sistēmu analīzi tiek secināts, ka uzņēmuma ietvaros netiek pielietoti biznesa datu intelektuālās analīzes risinājumi un tādejādi visi vairāku gadu garumā uzkrātie dati netiek lietderīgi izmantoti. Diplomdarba mērķis ir analizēt, kā biznesa datu intelektuālās analīzes ieviešana spētu palīdzēt uzņēmumam pakalpojumu sniegšanas plānošanā, kā arī finanšu resursu ekonomēšanā. Lai sasniegtu mērķi, darba gaitā tika analizēta vienotā ieņēmumu un pasažieru uzskaites sistēmas VIPUS darbība un tās uzkrātie dati. Kā arī, pielietojot reālus, viena mēneša reģistrētos biļešu datus, tika veikta datu analīze un apskatītas nepieciešamās darbības šādas sistēmas ieviešanai. Vienotās ieņēmumu un pasažieru uzskaites sistēmas VIPUS uzkrāto datu skaits sasniedz lielus apjomus, tādēļ biznesa datu intelektuālās analīzes sistēmas ieviešana ļautu uzņēmumam efektīvāk plānot uzņēmuma kopējo darbību.

Theme of diploma paper – „Modernization project of information system in an organization”. By analyzing company's information systems, it is concluded that the company does not apply Business intelligence solutions and all the accumulated data over the years are not used appropriate. The aim of the diploma paper is to analyze how the implementation of Business intelligence could help with the planning of providing services, as well as saving financial resources. To achieve the objective, in the course of the work the joint revenue and passenger accounting system VIPUS and the data accumulated by it were analyzed. As well as on the basis of actual data of tickets sold within a period of one month, data analysis was carried out and necessary activities for implementation of such system were examined. The accumulated data of joint revenue and passenger accounting system reach large quantities therefore the implementation of Business intelligence system could allow planning effectively.
