Abstract
Bakalaura darba mērķis ir, pamatojoties uz teorētisko materiālu izpēti par alkoholisko dzērienu distribūciju, alkoholisko dzērienu vairumtirdzniecības tirgus situācijas analīzi, likumdošanas prasībām, kas attiecas uz ārvalstu komersantu pārstāvniecībām un filiālēm, konkurentu izvēlēto darbības formu produkcijas izplatīšanā izpēti, kā arī pamatojoties uz paša uzņēmuma iekšējiem nākotnes attīstības plāniem, novērtēt Beam Suntory UK Limited pārstāvniecības Latvijā attīstības iespējas un sniegt ieteikumus par optimālo uzņēmējdarbības formu un patērētāju sasniegšanas kanālu.
Purpose of the bachelor's thesis is, based on the research of theoretical materials on the distribution of alcoholic beverages, analysis of the alcoholic beverage wholesale market situation, legal requirements for foreign representations and branches, research of competitors' route to the market, to assess the development opportunities of the Beam Suntory UK Limited representative office in Latvia and to provide recommendations on the optimal form of business and route to the market in Latvia.
