Abstract
Maģistra darba tēma ir “Suši bāra atvēršana Kauguros”. Darba mērķis ir veicināt ēdināšanas nozares attīstību Kauguros. Darbs ir strukturēts trīs daļās – izpētes daļā veikta ēdināšanas nozares Latvijā izpēte, projekta tehniski – ekonomiskajā pamatojuma daļā piedāvāti potenciālie alternatīvu varianti, kā risināt izvirzīto problēmu, izvēloties ekonomiski veiksmīgāko, projekta rokasgrāmatas izstrādes daļā izvēlētajai alternatīvai veikta detalizēta plānošana. Maģistra darba izstrādes rezultāts ir projekts, kas ietver suši bāra atvēršanu Kauguros
Master's thesis theme is " Sushi bar opening in the Kauguri " . The objective is to promote the catering industry development in the Kauguri . The work is structured in three parts – in the research was carried out Latvian catering industry, project technical - economic grounds of the potential offered alternative options to solve the problem raised by selecting the economically most successful, a detailed planning was made in project elaboration part of the selected alternative. Of the result of Master's thesis is a project that includes a sushi bar opening in the Kauguri.
