Speciālās izmeklēšanas darbības un to atbilstība starptautiskajām cilvēktiesību normām

Abstract

Šī baklaura darba tēma ir "Speciālās izmeklēšanas darbības un to atbilstība cilvēktiesību normām". Šajā darbā autore apraksta speciālās izmeklēšanas darbību būtību un salīdzina tās ar cilvēktiesību normām. Darbs ir balstīts uz speciālajām izmeklēšanas darbībām un to atšķirībām no tradicionālajām izmeklēšanas darbībām un operatīvajām darbībām un analizētas to raksturīgākās pazīmes. Autore arī salīdzināja speciālās izmeklēšanas darbības Francijas, Vācijas un Polijas Kriminālprocesa kodeksos, jo tā ir lielākās Eiropas valstis ar kurām iespējama sadarbība Kriminālprocesuālajā sfērā šajos jautājumos. Galvenais šī darba mērķis ir izpētīt šobrīd esošo speciālo izmeklēšanas darbību regulējumu un meklēt iespējamos problēmjautājumus šajā regulējumā.

The topic of the given bachelor is “Special investigative actions and its relationship to human rights”. In this work the author describes the concepts of the special investigative activities and analyzes the relationship to the worldwide recognized human rights. The work is focused on the conception of special investigative activities, their main diferences from the traditional investigative activities and operational activities and analyzed their main characteristic marks. The author also compares the legal regulation encompassed in criminal procedural codes of France, Germany and Poland as being the largest European countries with which possible legal cooperation in criminal procedural matters may potentially occur. The main objective of this work is to study the existing legal regulation of special investigation actions in Latvian legislation and to research potential gaps that might be improved in the existing regulation
