Abstract
Maģistra darbā veikti pētījumi par imatinība mezilāta polimorfo formu termisko stabilitāti un stabilitāti šķīdinātāju ietekmē. Pētīšanā izmantoti rentgendifraktometrijas, diferenciālās termiskās, viļņu dispersīvā rentgenfluorescence analīzes. Noteikts sēra daudzums mezilātā un dimezilātā. Iegūta viena imatinība mezilāta polimorfā forma un viens imatinība mezilāta solvāts.
Thermal and solvent effects to stability of imatinib mesylate polymorphic forms were investigated. Methods of X-ray diffractometry, differential thermal analysis, wavelength dispersive fluorescence were applied for investigation. Quantity of sulfur in mesylate and dimesylate was estimated. One polymorphic form of imatinib mesylate and one imatinib mesylate solvate were detected.
