Abstract

Bakalaura darba tēma – „Zudumu mazināšana izmantojot taupīgas vadīšanas rīkus uzņēmumā „Plockmatic Riga” SIA. Bakalaura darba mērķis: balstoties uz teorētiskām atziņām par taupīgas vadīšanas pamatprincipiem un rīkiem, noteikt iespējamos zudumus uzņēmuma „Plockmatic Riga” SIA ražošanas procesos un izstrādāt priekšlikumus to mazināšanai. Bakalaura darbs sastāv no trīs daļām. Pirmajā daļā ir aprakstīta taupīgas vadīšanas vēsture, būtība un attīstība. Otrajā daļā ir raksturots uzņēmums „Plockmatic Riga” SIA un uzņēmumā izmantotās taupīgas vadīšanas metodes. Trešajā daļā ir analizēti septiņi zudumu veidi, kuri atrodami uzņēmuma ražošanas procesā. Bakalaura darba noslēgumā ir izdarīti secinājumi un sniegti priekšlikumi zudumu novēršanai un taupīgas vadīšanas metožu pilnveidošanai. Bakalaura darbu veido 70 lapaspuses, tajā iekļautas 4 tabulas, 33 attēli un izmantoti 19 informācijas avoti.

This bachelor`s paper adresses the application of eliminating wastes through lean tools with a focus on the „Plockmatic Riga” SIA company. The goal of this paper is to investigate how lean management tools can be used to identify sources of waste in manufacturing processes and to eliminate this waste. The objective is to systematically demonstrate how lean manufacturing tools when used appropriately can help the process industry to eliminate waste The initial step in this paper is literature review of the lean history, it`s manufacturing concept and development through the centuries. The next step is to study a „Plockmatic Riga” SIA company to examine and identify specific lean manufacturing tools that is used in a process plant. Next, the seven wastes of unproductive manufacturing practices is identified to be analysed. The paper ends by conclusions and recommendations for production process improvements. This paper is organized as follows. Introduction, 3 chapters, conclusions and recommendations. Contains of following. 4 tables and 33 images.
