Abstract

Bakalaura darba aktualitāte ir pamatota ar to, ka efektīvas iekšējās kontroles sistēmas ieviešanai un uzturēšanai ir būtiska loma uzņēmumu attīstībai un mērķu sasniegšanai. Kvalitatīva iekšējās kontroles sistēma var palīdzēt uzņēmumam risināt dažādas problēmas un savlaicīgi apzināt un novērst dažādus riskus. Bakalaura darba mērķis ir, pamatojoties uz uzņēmuma “Felix Interior” iekšējās kontroles sistēmas analīzi, identificēt problēmas un trūkumus, un izstrādāt priekšlikumus iekšējās kontroles sistēmas pilnveidošanai. Autore, pamatojoties uz teorijas un uzņēmuma izpētes rezultātiem, izstrādāja secinājumus par uzņēmuma iekšējās kontroles sistēmu un ieteikumus tās uzlabošanai.
