Hipotekārās kreditēšanas tirgus problēmas Latvijā

Abstract

Bakalaura darba tēma: Hipotekārās kreditēšanas tirgus problēmas Latvijā. Pētījuma objekts ir hipotekārās kreditēšanas attīstīšana un iespējamie šķēršļi. Darba mērķis: Izpētīt hipotekārās kreditēšanas tendences Latvijas tirgū un analizēt ietekmējošos faktorus kreditēšanai, veikt salīdzināšanu ar dažādām citām komercbankām, kā arī izstrādāt priekšlikumus hipotekārā kreditēšanas pilnveidošanai. Pētījuma periods ir no 2015. līdz 2020.gadam. Bakalaura darbā tiek pētīts hipotekārā kreditēšanas būtība un īpatnības ar tās veidiem un tiesisko bāzi, kā arī ietekmējošie faktori, kuri varētu būt kā rīks bremzēšanai nekustamā īpašuma tirgus attīstībai. Darbs sastāv no 3 nodaļām un 8 apakšnodaļām. Darba apjoms ir 60 lapas, tas satur 18 attēlus un 2 tabulas. Darba atslēgas vārdi: nekustamais īpašums, kreditēšana, ekonomika, komercbanka.

Bachelor's thesis topic: Mortgage lending market problems in Latvia. The object of the research is the development of mortgage lending and possible threats. Aim of the work: To study the tendencies of mortgage lending in the Latvian market and to analyze the influencing factors for lending, to make a comparison with various other commercial banks, as well as to develop proposals for the improvement of mortgage lending. The research period is from 2015 to 2020. The essence and peculiarities of mortgage lending with its types and legal basis, as well as the influencing factors that could be a tool for slowing down the development of the real estate market are studied in the bachelor's thesis. The work consists of 3 chapters and 8 subsections. The volume of the work is 60 pages, it contains 18 figures and 2 tables. Keywords: real estate, lending, economics, commercial bank.
