Risku vadība izglītības iestādē

Abstract

Maģistra darbā “Risku vadība izglītības iestādē” tika analizēta risku vadības pieeja darbam izglītības iestādē, tika analizēti vairāki risku veidi, tiek izpēta izglītības iestādes riska inteliģence un iespējamība uzņemties riskus, veikts riska inteliģences tests izglītības iestādes X pedagoģiskiem un tehniskiem darbiniekiem. Darbam tika izvirzīts sekojošais izpētes jautājums: Kāds ir izglītības iestādes darbinieku riska inteliģences rādītājs un attiecīgi gatavība akceptēt riskus? ar izrietošo darba mērķi, analizēt risku inteliģences testa rezultātus un izstrādāt ieteikumus risku vadībai. Lai veiktu pētījumu tika izmantots D. Evansa riska inteliģences tests, tests tika apstrādāts ar riska inteliģences kalkulatora pielietojumu. Tika noskaidroti riska inteliģences rādītāji vidēji darbiniekiem un atsevišķi sievietēm un vīriešiem un secinājumu daļā izstrādāti ieteikumi izglītības iestādes vadībai ieteikumi darbam ar riska inteliģences testa rezultātiem risku vadības procesa īstenošanā.

In the Master’s work “Risk management in educational institution” was analyzed the approach of risk management working in eduactional institution, were analyzed several types of risk, was examined the risk intelligence of educational institution and probability to assume the risk, was carried out risk intellegence test in educational institution X for pedagogical and technical employees.The question of the research work is: What is the risk intelligence indicator of eduacational institution’s employees and accordingly preparedness to accept the risks? With consequent aim of the work to analyze the results of risk intelligence test and carry out recommendationsfor the risk management. To do the research was used the risk intelligence test of D. Evans, the test was processed by the calculator application for risk intelligence . In addition, the obtained forecast reesults clarified the average indicators of risk intelligence for employees. The results were analyzed seperately for women and men. In the part of conclusions there were developed recommendations for the managements of educational institution, as well recommendations for work with risk intelligence test’s results risk for the management process.
