Abstract
Maģistra darba nosaukums: Arodveselības riski aptiekās nodarbinātajiem un veselības veicināšanas pasākumi. Darba autore: Madara Remesa. Darba vadītāja: LU asoc.prof. Ženija Roja, Dr.med. Maģistra darba apjoms ir 43 lappuses, 5 tabulas, 5 attēli un 1 pielikums. Maģistra darbs sastāv no trīs daļām. Pirmajā daļā tiek analizēta literatūra par darba vides riska faktoriem farmaceita darbā. Otrajā daļā tiek analizētas darba vides risku novērtēšanas metodes, kuras tiek pielietotas darba izstrādē. Trešajā daļā tiek veikta farmaceitu un farmaceitu asistentu anketēšana, lai noskaidrotu viedokli par viņu darba vietā esošajiem darba vides riskiem. Tiek veikts darba vides riska novērtējums, izmantojot Somijas 5 baļļu metodi. Secināts, ka farmaceitiem darba laikā raksturīga fiziskā un paaugstināta emocionālā slodze. Darba vides riska pakāpe pārsvarā atbilst I-II līmenim, tomēr atsevišķās darba vietās darbiniekiem riski ir samērā lieli, kas ilgtermiņā var ietekmēt veselību un darba spējas. Pamatojoties uz rezultātiem tika izstrādāti priekšlikumi nodarbināto veselības veicināšanā, kas orientēti uz ergonomisko un psihosociālo risku novēršanu darbā.
Master's thesis title: Occupational health risks for pharmacy employees and health promotion measures. Author of the thesis: Madara Remesa. Supervisor: LU asoc.prof. Ženija Roja, Dr.med.. The volume of the master's thesis is 43 pages, 5 tables, 5 images and 1 appendix. The master's thesis consists of three parts. The first part analyzes the literature on work environment risk factors in the work of a pharmacist. The second part describes the methods of assessing work environment risks that are used in the development of the thesis. The third part conducts a survey of pharmacists and pharmacist assistants to find out the subjective opinion of employees about the work environment risks at their workplace. The work environment risk assessment is carried out using the Finnish 5-point method. It is concluded that pharmacists are characterized by physical and increased emotional stress during work. The degree of risk of the working environment mostly corresponds to level I-II, however, in some areas, the risks for employees in workplaces are relatively high, which can affect health and work capacity in the long term. Based on the results, recommendations were developed for the promotion of employee health, which are focused on preventing ergonomic and psychosocial risks at work. improving the ergonomics of the working environment and the well-being of employees.
