Abstract

Bakalaura darba nosaukums ir “Dalītās līderības vadības modelis Privātajā vidusskolā Ādažu Brīvajā Valdorfa skolā”. Šī bakalaura darba mērķis ir izpētīt dalītās līderības vadības modeli Privātajā vidusskolā Ādažu Brīvā Valdorfa skolā (ĀBVS) un analizēt, kā šis modelis ietekmē pedagogu autoritāti un veicina efektīvāku sadarbību ar vecākiem. Pētījuma ietvaros tiek izmantota kombinētā metodoloģija, ietverot gan literatūras analīzi par dalītās līderības principiem un to ietekmi izglītības iestādēs, gan arī anketēšanu, lai iegūtu konkrētus skolotāju, vecāku un bērnu viedokļus un pieredzi. Pētījuma centrālais jautājums ir vērsts uz to, vai dalītās līderības modelis ĀBVS skolā sniedz pedagogiem lielāku autoritāti klasē un, vai tas veicina efektīvāku mijiedarbību ar vecākiem. Analizējot šo tēmu, darbs piedāvā teorētisku pamatojumu par dalītās līderības būtību un ietekmi uz izglītības procesu. Pētījums būs noderīgs ne tikai skolas vadībai, bet arī izglītības pētniekiem un interesentiem, kuri vēlas labāk izprast līderības modeļu pielietošanu izglītības iestādēs.

The aim of this bachelor's thesis is to explore the shared leadership management model in the Private Secondary School Ādažu Brīvā Valdorfa skola (ĀBVS) and analyze how this model influences teacher authority and fosters more effective collaboration with parents. The research will employ a combined methodology, incorporating both a literature analysis on the principles of shared leadership and its impact on educational institutions and surveys to gather specific opinions and experiences from teachers and parents. The central question of the research is focused on whether the shared leadership model at ĀBVS provides teachers with greater authority in the classroom and whether it enhances more effective interaction with parents.
